The purpose of this study are 1) To know and analyze the leadership style effect on employee performance at PT. Polowijo Gosari Gresik 2) To know and analyze job stress affect on employee performance at PT. Polowijo Gosari Gresik and 3) To know and analyze the style of leadership and work stress affect simultaneously to the performance of employees at PT. Polowijo Gosari Gresik. Type of research in the preparation of this thesis is explanatory research (explanatory research). The population is employees at PT. Polowijo Gresik is as many as 93 employees with data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis.
Based on the results of research and discussion that has been done then can be drawn conclusion as follows: 1) leadership style effect on employee performance at PT. Polowijo Gosari Gresik 3) Working stress affect the performance of employees at PT. Polowijo Gosari Gresik and 3) The style of leadership and job stress affect simultaneously to the performance of employees at PT. Polowijo Gosari Gresik.
