ABSTRACT

 

The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the influence of Brand Image,  Product Quality and Word Of Mouth partially to the Smartphone purchase decision in the faculty of economy and business environment of Islamic University of Malang. To know and analyze influence Brand Image, Product Quality And Word Of Mouth  partially to buying decision Samsung Smartphone in the faculty of economics and business environment of Malang Islamic University.

 There is the influence of Brand Image Product Quality and word Of Mouth simultaneously against buying decision samsung smartphone in the faculty economics and business enviroment of Malang Islamic University.
