PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA, KEPEMIMPINAN, DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SMP NEGERI 01 BATU
Abstract
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is 1) to describe the work motivation, leadership and job satisfaction of the teacher performance of SMP Negeri 01 Batu. 2) knowing and analyzing work motivation has a significant influence on the variable performance of teachers of SMP Negeri 01 Batu. 3) knowing and analyzing leadership has a significant influence on the variable performance of teachers of SMP Negeri 01 Batu. 4) knowing and analyzing job satisfaction has a significant influence on the teacher variables of SMP Negeri 01 Batu. 5) knowing the work motivation, leadership and job satisfaction variables simultaneously on the teacher performance of SMP Negeri 01 Batu. The samples used were 42 civil servants of SMP Negeri 01 Batu civil servant teachers. Data collection methods used are questionnaires (questionnaires) and interviews (interviews).The results showed that work motivation had a significant effect on the teacher performance of SMP Negeri 01 Batu, leadership had a significant effect on the teachers of SMP Negeri 01 Batu, job satisfaction had a significant effect on the teacher performance of SMP Negeri 01 Batu, work motivation, leadership and job satisfaction together had an effect on teacher performance of SMP Negeri 01 Batu.
