PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN, MOTIVASI, DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN KUD KARANGPLOSO
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to describe the style of leadership, motivation, work environment and employee performance as well as to determine the effect of leadership style, motivation and work environment on employee performance partially or simultaneously. This research method using quantitative methods. This type of research is explanatory research
Samples were employees KUD Karangploso using saturated sampling, As many as 32 respondents. Methods of data collection using the questionnaire. The analytical method used in this research is multiple regression analysis with SPSS 14.0 for Windows.
The results showed that: (1) There is a positive and significant effect of leadership style on employee performance KUD Karangploso. (2) There is no significant positive influence and motivation on employee performance KUD Karangploso. (3) There is a significant negative effect on the performance of the employee work environment KUD Karangploso.
