Pengaruh Disiplin kerja dan Loyalitas terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Polresta Malang Kota

Abstract


ABSTRACK

The purpose of this study is to describe the performance, work discipline and loyalty and to determine the effect of work discipline and loyalty to the performance of employees simultaneously or partially.

This research method using quantitative method, the sample used in this research is 85 employee polresta Malang city by using probability sampling method and using random sampling technique. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. The analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS.

The results of this study indicate that the discipline of work and loyalty have a significant effect on the performance of Police Officers of Malang City. Work discipline has a significant effect on the performance of the city's unfortunate polresta employees and the significant non-falling loyalty to the performance of the urban polresta employee.
