Pengaruh Sistem Jam Kerja Dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi Pada Cafe di Kecamatan Dau Kabupaten Malang)
Abstract
The objectives of this study are 1) to determine the effect of working hours and compensation systems on employee performance 2) To determine the effect of working hours systems on employee performance 3) To determine the effect of compensation on employee performance. This type of research in the preparation of this thesis is explanatory research, the population in this study were employees of the cafe in Dau District, Malang Regency, as many as 56 employees obtained from 15 cafes and the research sample, namely the entire population was used as the research sample. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the F test and t test. Based on the results of research and discussion that has been done, the following conclusions can be drawn: 1) There is an effect of working hours and compensation systems on employee performance at cafes in Dau District, Malang Regency. This means that the better the system of working hours and compensation, the employee performance will increase. 2) There is an effect of the working hour system on employee performance at the cafe in Dau District, Malang Regency This means that the better the working hour system, the employee performance will increase. 3) There is an effect of compensation on employee performance at the Cafe in Dau District, Malang Regency. This means that the better the compensation policy, the employee's performance will increase.
