Abstract

 

This study aims to determine the relationship between Growth Opportunity, Liquidity and Company Size on the Company's Capital Structure.. This type of research is explanatory research. The data used is secondary data obtained by documentation techniques, namely by searching and collecting  financial report data obtained from website. The population in this study the food and beverage industry companies listed on the IDX for the 2016-2019 period with a total of 30 companies. While the sample in this study was determined by purposive sampling technique in order to obtain 18 sample companies. The data analys techniques in this study uses multiple linear regression methods.

The result of this analys indicate that growth opportunity has no significant positive effect on the company's capital structure. Liquidity has a significant negative effect on the company's capital structure. Company size has no significant negative effect on the company's capital structure. Meanwhile, growth opportunity, liquidity, and company size simultaneously have a significant effect on the company’s capital structure.
