Abstract

 

The purpose of carrying out research is to analyze work productivity during the Covid-19 pandemic at Grapari Telkomsel Malang City. In measuring this variable, the predictor variables used are leadership style, employee involvement, and compensation. Because this research explains the causal relationship of the independent variables with the dependent variable, this research is included in the type of causality. The method used in managing data uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis tools through the SPSS Statistic 20 program. The data used are primary data obtained by questionnaire or questionnaire. In accordance with the data on Grapari Telkomsel Malang City, then obtained a population of 40. Furthermore, using saturated sampling by taking all the existing population of 40 respondents. From data processing, it is found that leadership style, employee involvement have a positive and significant effect on work productivity, while compensation has a positive but not significant effect. And simultaneously the three predictor variables have a significant effect.
