Pengaruh Kompensasi, Motivasi Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Indolakto Kabupaten Pasuruan

Abstract


This research was conducted to analyze the effect of compensation, motivation and work discipline on employee performance (a case study on employees of PT. Indolakto, Pasuruan regency) ".The sample in this study were employees of PT. Indolakto, Pasuruan Regency. The method used in this study is multiple linear regression with primary data to be analyzed using the SPSS For Windows application. Based on the results of the sample calculation, as many as 93 respondents who will be the research sample. Based on the results of the analysis taken as follows: The test results simultaneously and partially show that compensation, motivation and work discipline on employee performance.
