Abstract

Abstract

Good management performance enables the achievement of the vision, mission and goals of the organization. This study aims to examine the extent to which the influence of leadership style, communication, and organizational motivation on the performance of the management of student organizations at the 2020 UNISMA Sports UKM. From the results of this study, the following results were obtained: (1) simultaneous leadership style, communication, and organizational motivation have a significant positive effect on the performance of the student organization management. (2) partially the leadership style has a negative effect on the management of student organizations. (3) partially communication has a positive effect on the performance of the student organization management. (4) partially organizational motivation has a positive effect on the performance of the student organization management. Between the two variables that affect the performance of the 2020 UNISMA Sports UKM management, namely communication and organizational motivation, the leadership style variable has a negative effect because if someone has both extrinsic and intrinsic motivation and there is good communication with the organizational environment, he will work optimally regardless of the leadership.
