Pengaruh Partisipasi Perangkat Desa, Kondisi Sosial Ekonomi Terhadap Pendapatan Masyarakat pada Petani Karet di Desa Se-Kecamatan Semendawai Timur, Kabupaten OKU Timur, Sumatera Selatan

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Village Apparatus participation, socio-economic conditions on income. This research method uses quantitative descriptive research methods. The primary data source was obtained from questionnaire data which was measured using a Likert scale. The population used was 8 villages in East Semendawai District, East OKU Regency, South Sumatra. The research sample was all village officials from 8 villages selected as the research population, resulting in a total of 58 people. The data analysis technique used in this research is SPSS Statistics for Windows 25. The results of this research show that 1) Participation of Village Officials (X1), socio-economic conditions (X2), simultaneously influence (Y), namely Community Income in Villages throughout the region. East Semendawai District, East OKU Regency, South Sumatra. 2) A significant partial influence occurs between the participation of village officials on the income of village communities in East Semendawai District, East OKU Regency, South Sumatra 3) A significant partial influence also occurs in socio-economic conditions on community income in villages in East Semendawai District, East OKU Regency, South Sumatra.
