PERAN PERNYATAAN ORIENTASI TUJUAN (STATE GOAL ORIENTATION) TERHADAP PROSES PENCAPAIAN KINERJA MAHASISWA AKUNTANSI DI PERGURUAN TINGGI (Studi pada Universitas Islam Malang)
Abstract
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the role of goal orientation statement in the
classroom teaching on the process of achieving the performance of accounting
students in universities. This type of research is a comparative causal research
which is a type of research with problem characteristic of causation between two
variables or more. This research uses purposive sampling technique. The sample
used is 200 respondents according to the minimum sample size that has been
determined. Data analysis conducted in this research is to process data using
Structural Equation Modeling method, with AMOS software version 20. Based on
the analysis result showed that SLGO (State Learning Goal Orientation) have
positive effect to self-efficacy; SPGO (State Performance Goal Orientation) and
ability have no effect on self-efficacy; ability and self-efficacy have a positive
effect on goals; and ability, self-efficacy and goals have a positive effect on
performance.
