PENGARUH STRUKTUR MODAL DAN KINERJA KEUANGAN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN PADA PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA PERIODE 2015 – 2018

Abstract


This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure and financial performance on firm value. This study use secondary data from the company's financial statements. Sampling and sampling using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used classical assumption test and multiple linear regression. The research population is food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2018 with total sample of  11 companies. The results of testing the first hypothesis indicate that the Capital Structure (X1) and Financial Performance (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on Firm Value (Y). The results of testing the second hypothesis indicate that the capital structure has a significant positive effect. The results of testing the third hypothesis indicate that financial performance has a significant positive effect. Suggestions for investors to pay attention to the profitability and capital structure generated by the company in order to obtain higher returns
