PERGESERAN SISTEM PEMBAYARAN UANG TUNAI MENJADI APLIKASI PADA MAHASISWA DI KOTA MALANG

Abstract

This study aims to describe the shift of cash payment system into application in students in Malang reviewed in terms of benefit perception, ease perception, risk perception, service features and consumptive attitude. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, using primary data. The subjects of this study were undergraduate students of Accounting study program, Islamic University of Malang, State University of Malang, Widyagama University Malang and Muhammadiyah University of Malang.  This study uses purposive sampling and snowball sampling techniques. Data collection method is done by conducting interviews, observations, and documentation, in addition to reducing data in order to get accurate conclusions from the data obtained. The results of this study stated that from the perception of benefits, perceptions of convenience, risk perception, service features and consumptive attitudes that dominate informants to use e-money is the perception of convenience and service features.
