The Pespective of EFL Learners of Using Duolingo in Gaining English Vocabulary
Abstract
Abstract : This research aimed to find the perspective of EFL learners of using Duolingo in gaining English vocabulary. The research design in this study was explanatory mixed-method with descriptive analysis. The participants of the study were 7th semester English education department students at University of Islam Malang, which 27 students chosen as the sample of the study using purposive sampling. The data of the study collected using questionnaire adapted from two journals and semi-structured interview through online form. From the finding, the researcher found that students have positive perspectives of the use of Duolingo in gaining English vocabulary.
