RESILIENSI KORBAN PERSELINGKUHAN DALAM FILM “BALAS DENDAM ISTRI YANG TAK DIANGGAP”: KAJIAN PSIKOLOGI SASTRA

Abstract


Abstrak: Perselingkuhan merupakan fenomena sosial yang berdampak multidimensional terhadap stabilitas keluarga dan kesehatan psikologis korban, khususnya perempuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk-bentuk perselingkuhan serta menganalisis resiliensi tokoh utama perempuan dalam film Balas Dendam Istri yang Tak Dianggap melalui pendekatan psikologi sastra. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif-analitik dengan teknik analisis isi (content analysis). Data berupa adegan, dialog, dan tindakan tokoh yang mengandung unsur perselingkuhan dan dimensi resiliensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perselingkuhan direpresentasikan dalam dua bentuk utama, yaitu perselingkuhan emosional dan perselingkuhan gabungan (emosional dan seksual). Perselingkuhan emosional ditandai dengan pengalihan perhatian afektif, pengabaian pasangan sah, dan pembentukan kedekatan emosional dengan pihak ketiga. Sementara itu, perselingkuhan gabungan memperlihatkan pelanggaran komitmen yang meluas pada aspek seksual. Di sisi lain, tokoh utama memperlihatkan tujuh aspek resiliensi, yaitu regulasi emosi, kontrol impuls, optimisme, analisis kausal, empati, efikasi diri, dan reaching out. Resiliensi tersebut berkembang secara progresif dari fase keterpurukan menuju transformasi identitas yang lebih mandiri dan produktif. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa film sebagai karya sastra modern mampu merepresentasikan dinamika trauma dan pertumbuhan pascatrauma perempuan korban perselingkuhan secara kompleks dan reflektif.
