PENGARUH SELF-REGULATED LEARNING DAN SELF-CONFIDENCE TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN PEMECAHAN MASALAH PESERTA DIDIK KELAS VIII SMPN 6 SINGOSARI
Abstract
Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) untuk mengetahui pengaruh self-regulated learning dan self-confidence secara simultan terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah peserta didik kelas VIII SMPN 6 Singosari; (2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh self-regulated learning terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah peserta didik; (3) untuk mengetahui pengaruh self-confidence terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah peserta didik. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif jenis ex post facto dengan populasi seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMPN 6 Singosari sebanyak 219 siswa. Sampel diambil menggunakan cluster random sampling sebanyak 64 siswa dari kelas VIII-B dan VIII-G. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian meliputi angket untuk mengukur self-regulated learning dan self-confidence, serta tes untuk mengukur kemampuan pemecahan masalah. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan aplikasi SPSS versi 25. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa self-regulated learning dan self-confidence secara simultan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah dengan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 50,3%. Secara parsial, self-regulated learning berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah dengan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 23,2%. Self-confidence juga berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah dengan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 21,7%.

Abstract
This study aims to (1) determine the simultaneous influence of self-regulated learning and self-confidence on the problem-solving abilities of eighth-grade students at SMPN 6 Singosari; (2) determine the influence of self-regulated learning on the problem-solving abilities of students; (3) determine the influence of self-confidence on the problem-solving abilities of students. This research uses a quantitative ex post facto method with a population of all eighth-grade students at SMPN 6 Singosari, totaling 219 students. The sample was taken using cluster random sampling, totaling 64 students from classes VIII-B and VIII-G. The instruments used in this study include questionnaires to measure self-regulated learning and self-confidence, as well as tests to measure problem-solving abilities. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 25. The results of the analysis show that self-regulated learning and self-confidence simultaneously have a significant influence on problem-solving abilities, with a contribution of 50.3%. Partially, self-regulated learning significantly influences problem-solving abilities, with a contribution of 23.2%. Self-confidence also significantly influences problem-solving abilities partially, with a contribution of 21.7%.
