PROBLEMATIKA DALAM HUBUNGAN PERNIKAHAN JARAK JAUH (LONG DISTANCE MARRIAGE) PERSPEKTIF MAQASHID SYARI’AH ASY-SYATHIBI (STUDI KASUS DI DESA LOWAYU KECAMATAN DUKUN KABUPATEN GRESIK)

Abstract


Marriage is one of the processes included in Islamic law, which is also the only way of sexual fulfillment permitted by Islamic and regulated by religion. And to realize a harmonious and romantic marriage, couples must understand each other's position and role, because men and women are created with different roles and functions, so it requires cooperation that the household stays harmonious. Despite being physically separated, couples can still have a happy relationship by upholding their rights and responsibilities, relationship depends on. open communication, and respect for the responsibilities in marriage. the formulations of this research are : 1) How is the phenomenon of long distance marriage relationships in Village, 2) What are the problems in long distance marriage relationships in Lowayu Village, Dukun District, Gresik Regency, 3) How is Asy-Syathibi's maqashid shari'ah perspective on problems in long distance marriage relationships in Lowayu Village, Dukun District, Gresik Regency. The results showed that the problems or problems that are often found in long distance marriages are longing for their spouses, wives who are left to migrate often feel troubled when there are problems at home, feel troubled in supervising children because of the absence of a husband's figure.
