IMPLEMENTASI KONSEP KELUARGA SAKINAH PADA KELUARGA TKW (TENAGA KERJA WANITA) PERSPEKTIF HUKUM ISLAM STUDI KASUS DESA ARJOWILANGUN KECAMATAN KALIPARE KABUPATEN MALANG

Abstract

Creating a Sakinah family is everyone's desire. Someone will be very happy when they have a family that is filled with affection, mutual love, protection and respect. Fulfilling the rights between family members is one way to build a sakinah family as explained in Islamic law. So what if the wife earns a living, which is basically a husband's job, and can the concept of a sakinah family be realized in situations like this which occur in the families of female workers (TKW), especially in Arjowilangun Village, Kalipare District. This research method uses source triangulation which is done by checking data that has been obtained from several sources. The data that has been collected is described from several points of view to produce a conclusion. In Islamic law it is not a problem if the wife replaces the husband to earn a living, but with conditions determined by the Shari'a and also with the husband's permission. In TKW families, the concept of a sakinah family can still be realized even though there are many obstacles in it, including the distance between husband and wife, lack of trust between the two, in terms of fulfilling the obligations of husband and wife being less than optimal due to the exchange of the wife being the breadwinner figure in the family and the husband replace wife as housewife.
