UPAYA KUA DALAM PELAYANAN KONSULTASI MASALAH PERCERAIAN (STUDI KASUS KUA KECAMATAN WEDA KABUPATEN HALMAHERA TENGAH)

Abstract

Divorce is a social phenomenon in households that we can easily encounter in this life, where there are many conflicts and disputes, the main reason behind divorce is economic factors because the husband is unable to fulfill all the family's basic needs due to insufficient income. sufficient, thus having an impact on the integrity of the household. Disruption in the household often occurs when one of the rights and obligations of husband and wife cannot be carried out properly. Sometimes the wife or husband is unable to face problems in the household, so the desired marriage is not achieved and ends in divorce. The aim of this research is to describe the factors that influence the increase in divorce consultations and also to understand and describe the efforts of the KUA Weda, Central Halmahera Regency in providing divorce consultation services. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of field research. Meanwhile, the data collected is in the form of primary and secondary data, the data obtained uses the observation method, namely making observations carried out directly in the area where the research is conducted, the direct interview method, namely collecting data using verbal question and answer with research sources, documentation, namely searching data regarding things or variables in the form of notes, transcripts, books, reports and so on. From the research results the author obtained several conclusions. The research results found that there are 5 factors that cause divorce consultations, namely domestic violence, third party interference, economics, social media, and leaving one party. The main cause of the increase in divorce is social media or infidelity. KUA Weda's efforts in consulting services on divorce issues in Central Halmaherah Regency include mediation or advisory, by convincing the parties that every problem in the household has a solution and can be resolved. The strategy of KUA Weda, Central Halmahera Regency in providing divorce consultation services is the Fe'Mesie Re Fe'Tut Fie program, which means creating feelings of affection, happiness and prosperity in family ties.
