ANALISIS HUKUM ISLAM TERHADAP PERAN ISTRI SEBAGAI PENCARI NAFKAH DALAM KELUARGA (STUDI KASUS DI DESA PALANG, KABUPATEN TUBAN)

Abstract

The family is the smallest unit of society, consisting of father, mother and children. In a family, women are responsible for the domestic household and are responsible for their children, and men are responsible for making a living for their families. In the era of globalization, the role of women in work has had a major impact on family welfare, especially in the economic field, while at the same time having an independent character and playing a role in the decision-making process. This research was conducted in Palang Village, Tuban Regency. To achieve this goal, a qualitative case study research was conducted. With data collection procedures through observation, interviews, and documentation. The wife is not burdened or not burdened to work, in this case earning a living both for herself and for her family, instead she has the right to earn a living from her husband. In other words, if she works, she will be punished as mubah as long as she is still able to carry out her duties as a caregiver for her children and can protect herself and her honor.
