IMPLEMENTASI UNDANG-UNDANG NOMOR 16 TAHUN 2019 TENTANG BATAS PERKAWINAN ANAK

Abstract


Marriage is regulated in Law Number 16 of 2019 concerning Limits of Child Marriage where underage marriage is still a polemic in Indonesia because it is prone to divorce due to a lack of psychological stability in the condition of the couple, such as individual readiness in undergoing marriage is needed to minimize the occurrence of disputes and domestic quarrels. In addition, if you look at the fact that many underage marriages only prepare physical things without looking at the wider side of marriage, even though having a lasting marriage requires a strong foundation, namely psychologically and emotionally mature.
