STRATEGI KUA KECAMATAN BANGIL KABUPATEN PASURUAN DALAM PELAYANAN BIMBINGAN KELUARGA SAKINAH DI MASA PANDEMI COVID-19

Abstract

One of the efforts made by the government to achieve the goal of a sakinah marriage is to carry out sakinah family guidance services for prospective brides. The purpose of this study was to describe the Service Strategy, the guidance process, and the supporting and inhibiting factors in the guidance process for the Sakinah Family during the Covid-19 Pandemic for prospective brides who were married at the KUA, Bangil District, Pasuruan Regency. The method used in this research is qualitative research with the type of field research. The results of this study are: 1) the guidance process is carried out offline and is not treated online, but in the implementation of guidance for the sakinah family during the Covid-19 pandemic, they must still comply with the prokes that have been implemented. 2) supporting factors include a separate room, the existence of a guide book for the Sakinah family in the form of a module, the instructor provides education about the problem and solves a problem to be faced, the supervisor can understand the characteristics of the bride and groom. 3) Inhibiting factors include inadequate guidance service facilities, insufficient room or place to meet guidance participants due to avoiding crowds, lack of implementation time and limited implementation of Sakinah family guidance during the Covid-19 Pandemic.
