ANALISIS KASUS PERNIKAHAN DINI DI KUA KECAMATAN OBA UTARA KOTA TIDORE KEPULAUAN MALUKU UTARA

Abstract

What are the factors, impacts and ways to prevent cases of early marriage in the KUA, North Oba District, Tidore City, North Maluku Islands. Early marriage is a social phenomenon that often occurs in various regions with factors that influence the occurrence of early marriage which will have an impact on the perpetrators, therefore we need to prevent or reduce the practice of early marriage. In this study using descriptive qualitative research is a research method based on on the philosophy of postpositivism is used to examine the conditions of natural objects (as opposed to experiments) where the researcher is the key instrument of data collection techniques carried out by trigulation, the primary data source in this case the researcher obtains data or information directly by using a predetermined instrument. The results showed that the factors of early marriage in North Oba District, Tidore Islands City were adultery and knowledge, while the impact of early marriage in North Oba District Tidore City, North Maluku Islands was divorce, education, premature maturity and so on. The way to prevent it is to limit socialization between men and women.
