IMPLEMENTASI KELUARGA HARMONIS DI KALANGAN KELUARGA TENAGA KERJA WANITA (TKW) (STUDI KASUS DI DUSUN RESOMULYO DESA GENTENG WETAN KABUPATEN BANYUWANGI)

Abstract

Everyone who carries out a marriage certainly craves a harmonious family and has pious offspring. Harmonious families must be able to set a good example to the surrounding environment. But it is undeniable that there are still many families who are a burden and live dependent on their surroundings due to economic factors. As happened in Resomulyo Hamlet, Genteng Wetan Village, Banyuwangi Regency, this research then focuses on the concept of a harmonious family, the role of husband and wife in creating a harmonious family and the implementation of a harmonious family among female workers. This research uses a qualitative approach, with the type of case study research, namely to conduct an in-depth exploration of harmonious families among TKW. The results of this study indicate that families among TKW in Resomulyo Hamlet, Genteng Wetan Village, Banyuwangi Regency are running harmoniously, it is proven that every husband and wife are able to realize good cooperation with their partners to improve or improve the quality of the household economy. Meanwhile, in the division of roles in carrying out domestic relations, husband-wife couples run flexibly, meaning that they are not based on gender, they assume that men and women have gender equality and justice in the household or in other words complement and complete each other.
