STUDI TENTANG LGBT PERSPEKTIF HUKUM ISLAM, PSIKOLOGI, DAN HAM

Abstract


This research aimed to describe the position and the effect  of sexual behavior such as  lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender, also known as LGBT in three perceptions; Islamic Law, Psychology, and Human Right. This research which using literature review method indicated that in Islamic Law perspective, LGBT is a mental disorder and must be cured. In psychology perspective, LGBT is considered as a part of human naturals or as a mental disorder depends on social culture while based on human right perspective, LGBT is considered as a part of their human right if the rules and regulation of a country legalized it. Based on these three point of perceptions, LGBT behaviors only have the negative effect for the subjects.
