PENERAPAN NILAI NILAI MULTIKULTURAL MELALUI KEGIATAN PEMBELAJARAN PADA ANAK USIA DINI DI TK DHARMA WANITA PERSATUAN 1 GIRIMOYO
Abstract
Diversity in religious, racial, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds is the main topic in this study. The author, as a researcher, examines how this phenomenon can be addressed effectively. The author uses a descriptive qualitative approach and data sources from the principal, teachers, and students. Data collection techniques were carried out using triangulation techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. Then, analysis was carried out through recording, grouping, and drawing findings linked to supporting theories. Data validity is seen in the participation of researchers, diligent observation, and triangulation of method sources. The results of this study indicate that multicultural value planning is carried out flexibly and contextually. Although not written in the RPPH, it is aligned through themes, habits, and a responsive approach. Meanwhile, its implementation is seen in discussions, role-playing, and commemoration of religious holidays. Teachers create a learning environment that respects each other to strengthen the spirit of togetherness amidst differences. In conclusion, the context of planning multicultural values in learning is carried out flexibly and contextually, adapting to the needs and diversity of each individual student. The application of multicultural values in learning is also carried out through various activities such as habituation, role-playing, discussions, and thematic activities which are carried out in an inclusive and participatory manner.
