Education plays an important role in efforts to realize the quality of human resources. In other words, education is a transformative effort, having a very large share in optimizing the quality of human resources, which includes fundamental skills both intellectually and emotionally. 1)The self-efficacy of RA teachers in Blimbing District (X) in table 4.7 can be seen that the overall mean (average value) is 3.58. The highest average in this variable is 3.73 which is stated in question number 28 in the aspect of overcoming obstacles to achieving learning outcomes with an indicator of self-confidence in the field being worked on. 2)The teaching performance of RA teachers in Blimbing District (Y) in table 4.8 can be seen that the overall mean (average value) is 3.64. The highest average in this variable is 3.80 which is stated in question number 20 in the aspect of learning implementation with the indicator of explaining skills. 3)The results of the hypothesis test that has been conducted to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and teaching performance of RA teachers in Blimbing District can be seen in table 4.10, the significance is 0.002 ≤ 0.05 which means significant. The results state that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, which means that there is a relationship between the self-efficacy variable (X) and teaching performance (Y).
