PERBANDINGAN TEBAL PERKERASAN KAKU MENGGUNAKAN METODE MDPJ 2024 DAN NAASRA PADA RUAS JALAN KUNDURAN – NGAWEN – BLORA JAWA TENGAH
Abstract
This study analyzes and compares the rigid pavement thickness designed using the 2024 Manual Desain Perkerasan Jalan (MDPJ) and the NAASRA method on the Kunduran–Ngawen–Blora road segment in Central Java. The research focuses on a 7-km section, using primary and secondary data such as geometric measurements, traffic volume, CBR values, and local unit price analysis. The objective is to determine the differences in slab thickness and construction cost between the two methods. The results show that the MDPJ 2024 method recommends a 280 mm concrete slab, while the NAASRA method produces a slightly thinner 240 mm slab. The estimated construction cost using the MDPJ 2024 method is Rp 26.712.770.623,00, whereas the NAASRA method requires Rp 23.693.702.347,00. These findings indicate that the NAASRA method results in a thinner pavement design and lower construction costs, although both methods remain feasible for rigid pavement planning on the studied road segment.
