INOVASI PERENCANAAN GEDUNG: PEMANFAATAN METODE KOMPOSIT UNTUK EFISIENSI DAN KEBERLANJUTAN
Abstract
The construction of the Dinoyo mall consists of 3 areas, area 1 for the mall, area 2 for the parking lot, and area 3 for the modern market. The discussion in the final project takes the object of area 1 where the number of floors is 6. Meanwhile, in areas 2 and 3, only 4 floors are planned. The method used
during the data collection process is the literature method, namely collecting, identifying, and processing written data and the work methods used. The observation method involves direct field surveys so that the actual conditions in the field are known and an overview can be obtained for consideration in structural design planning. From the results of the calculation analysis of Building Planning Innovation: Utilization of Composite Methods for Efficiency and Sustainability, the calculation results for a floor plate with a thickness of 150 mm using M10 - 200 wire mesh reinforcement were obtained. The dimensions of the composite beam used WF 350.175.7.11 steel and the main beam used WF450.300.11.18 steel, WF steel 800.300.16.30, and WF steel 400.200.8.13. The composite column uses the WF 400.400.13.21 profile with column dimensions of 50 cm x 50 cm. The foundation uses a pile foundation with dimensions of 2 m x 2 m. The pile specifications are 20 cm in diameter, the number of piles is 4, and the depth is 5.2 m. The calculation results of the composite concrete structure at Mall Dinoyo resulted in a planned cost budget of IDR 28,578,100,000.
