This research is motivated by problems arising in the community of difficulties in educating religious deepening such as reading the Qur'an properly. Madrasah Tsanawiyah provides a new policy for all students who live at home are required to attend the morning study group.The method used by the authors is a qualitative research procedure of data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. This type of research itself is a case study. The result of the research is the planning that is made which is developing the vision and mission of the school and Islamic majelis. The innovations carried out by the school created a method of reading the Qur'an in accordance with the Islamic boarding school of the Qur'an with effective hours for 4 days. The obstacles that exist when starting the activity are the lack of enthusiasm of students in participating in the majelis ta ‟lim activities. As well as a lack of motivation from parents of students. There is a lot of support from all parties because there are many students who cannot read the Qur'an properly.
