STRATEGI PEMBELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM DALAM MENINGKATKAN IBADAH PESERTA DIDIK DI SMPQ ARROUDHOH SINGOSARI

Abstract

Learning strategies in Islamic Religious Education (IRE) play an essential role in improving students' worship practices by integrating conceptual understanding with continuous religious habituation. However, many students still experience difficulties in performing worship correctly, indicating the need for effective learning strategies that emphasize practical implementation. This study aims to describe the planning, implementation, and evaluation of Islamic Religious Education learning strategies in improving students' worship practices at SMPQ Arroudhoh Singosari. This research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation involving the principal, Islamic Religious Education teachers, and students. The data were analyzed using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña interactive analysis model, including data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing, while data validity was ensured through source and technique triangulation. The findings reveal that the learning strategies were designed through systematic planning of worship materials, implemented through direct worship practice, habituation, guidance, and continuous supervision, and evaluated through observation and constructive feedback. These strategies contributed to improving students' understanding, practical worship skills, and consistency in performing worship according to Islamic teachings.
