IMPLEMENTASI KEGIATAN KEPUTRIAN DALAM MENINGKATKAN KARAKTER ISLAMI SISWI DI MADRASAH ALIYAH NEGERI 2 KOTA MALANG

Abstract

This The education system in urban madrasahs faces a critical challengetraversing between high academic demands and the moral vulnerability of adolescents impacted by modernization. At Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Kota Malang, this dynamic triggers specific issues such as individualistic tendencies, disorientation in dress codes, and the degradation of respect towards teachers among female students. As a visionary moral mitigation, the madrasah implements a structured female-centric activity program (kegiatan keputrian). This qualitative case study aims to profoundly describe the planning, implementation, and outcomes of this program in enhancing students' Islamic character. Data were gathered through participatory observation, in-depth interviews with key stakeholders (Curriculum Vice Principal, Religious Mentors, and students), and documentation, analyzed using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana interactive model. Results indicate that planning involves moral mitigation strategies, systematic scheduling, and cross-disciplinary educators. Implementation utilizes standardized habituation, real-time disciplining, and interactive methods despite time constraints. The outcomes reveal significant enhancements in Islamic character conforming to Muwasafat Tarbiyah indicators, evidenced by increased religious devotion, solid social piety (zero bullying), and environmental responsibility. The program successfully catalyzed a psychological transformation from forced compliance to an autonomous moral action.
