The social and personality competencies of PAI teachers at Shifa' Kalipare Vocational School include the teacher's ability to interact with students effectively, foster good relationships, and encourage students' active participation in religious learning. From the research context above, the researcher formulated the problem, What is the role of teacher personality competence, the role of social competence and PAI teacher personality competence in shaping the religious character of students at Kalipare Syifa Vocational School. The research approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with a case study type of research, namely using data collection methods through observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects in this research were Islamic religious education teachers, class teachers, curriculum assistants and school principals. The data analysis technique used is the Miles, Huberman and Saldana interactive model. The results of the research show that the role of Islamic Religious Education Teachers' Social Competence and Personal Competence in Forming the Religious Character of Students as role models carries out several activities that have religious value, including carrying out congregational prayers in an orderly and disciplined manner. , arrive on time to improve student discipline, have a spirit of empathy, respect each other, speak in a gentle and polite tone to older people, do not call friends names with insulting names or animal names, perform dhuha prayers in congregation every morning and hallaqoh diniyah (reading the Koran and books) before teaching and learning activities, reading Asmaul Husna before starting learning and many other activities that improve students' religious character.
