PERSN GURU PAI DALAM PEMBENTUKAN AKHLAK SISWA DI SMP MODERN AL-RIFA'IE GONDANGLEGI MALANG
Abstract
This moralityor system occursthrough a concept or set of notions of what and how it should be realized. Morals or systems of behavior can be educated or passed on through at least two approaches.This research uses a qualitative approach with a type of case study research. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques using qualitative analysis include data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of data by involving others, extending time and triangulation. The results of this study show that: (1) In conducting moral development of students, teachers use individual and group approaches. Approach individually by cultivating good moral habits. While the group approach with congregational prayers, commemorations of Islamic holidays, Ramadan cults, and regulations on school discipline and order (2) The method used in fostering the morals of students is by using exemplary methods, habituation, stories, advice, and rewards (3) From the results of the formation of student morals, there has been development experienced by students thanks to programs carried out by teachers in schools and the existence of Supervision from school teachers and also supervision from administrators in the dormitory.
