PROFESIONALISME GURU PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM DALAM MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA DI SMP PLUS AL-FIRDAUS KARANGPLOSO

Abstract

Education is an element that cannot be separated from human life. In essence, education is a means to be able to carry out their lives and also get rights in a better life and get a better future. In the era of globalization, education is an absolute requirement for humans. In this case, the impact is very influential on the wider community, both the upper and lower middle environment.  The approach that researchers will use in this study is a qualitative approach. Qualitative research (qualitative research) is a study aimed at describing and analyzing phenomena, events, social activities, attitudes, beliefs, perceptions, thoughts of people individually or in groups. The case study research is research that focuses intensively on one particular object which is studied as a case. In learning Islamic Religious Education, a learning approach that can reach three domains is needed, namely cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. In a good learning approach, active learning is used. SMP Plus Al Firdaus Karangploso, is an institution that applies active learning strategies in the learning process of Islamic Religious Education. With the implementation of the active learning strategy, it is hoped that what is intended can be achieved and in accordance with the expected goals of Islamic education.
