PENANAMAN NILAI BUDAYA KEDISIPLINAN SISWA (SANTRI MUKIM) DI MA AN NUR BULULAWANG

Abstract


The inculcation of the cultural values of student discipline (santri mukim) at MA An Nur Bululawang aims to create an educational environment that is disciplined, orderly, conducive and orderly. As well as instilling the cultural values of discipline aims to shape the character of students who have a good attitude, responsibility and honesty. Disciplined life must be trained and applied in everyday life because with disciplined habits you will really feel a meaningful life. This research with a case study method. Data collected through observation, in-depth interviews with school prinsipals, teachers, teaching staff, and students (santri mukim), as well as analysis of related docoments. Based on research findings, regarding the factors that influence student discipline (santri mukim) at MA An Nur, including the influence of problems caused by the environment, the influence of problems caused by students themselves, and the influence of friendship. In dealing with these factors, implementing effective disciplinary strategies include implementing Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), providing explanations, supervision, examples, habituation, coordination, consequences and consistency. In inculcating the cultural values of student discipline, it has a positive impact such as creating a conducive environment, organizing life together, training personality, building personality and hilping and preparing students to adapt to further environmental demands.
