ANALISIS PERAN GURU SEBAGAI FASILITATOR BAGI SISWA KELAS VII DI SMPN 5 KARANGPLOSO

Abstract


The teacher as a learning agent is a facilitator, motivator, learning engineer and learning inspiration for students. The teacher as a facilitator is a challenge that must be faced by teachers at SMPN 5 Karangploso in order to achieve the planned learning objectives. The focus of this research discusses the efforts of teachers as facilitators, the demands of teachers to become facilitators and indicators of teachers becoming facilitators. To achieve this goal, researchers used qualitative methods with field research types. From the results of the research conducted, researchers can find out what efforts need to be made so that the teacher can act as a facilitator as demands that must be met and their indicators.
