IMPLEMENTASI LITERASI DIGITAL DALAM PEMBELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM DI SMPIT AS-SALAM KOTA MALANG

Abstract

This article seeks to explain digital literacy as a learning reality in the 21st century.
The old learning paradigm is less relevant. That's why digital literacy awareness
departs from the challenges and developments of the times. Information in abundant
cyberspace creates new problems in the context of learning. Therefore, in this case in
this study, the paradigm of digital literacy awareness in Islamic education learning
will try to be explored in depth. This research uses a qualitative research approach. In
qualitative research, research information was collected using in-depth interview,
observation, and documentation. In-depth interviews were conducted with school
elements such as the principal, “TU†(School administration), teachers, and some
learners. Observations were carried out on various implementations of digital literacybased
learning,
documentation
was
carried
out
on
school
documents,
and
shooting
in

the

field and then researchers analyzed them. The results showed that: 1) school
conditions are sufficiently supportive of the creation of a digital literacy climate, this
is indicated by the presence of physical and non-physical facilities; 2) in its
implementation, the implementation of digital literacy is reflected through learning
the creation of a literacy-conscious climate from several programs such as reading 15
minutes before learning, digital content analysis and “Madingâ€; 3) Obstacles in the
implementation of digital literacy are in the realm of praxis such as negative content
on social media.
