UPAYA GURU PAI DALAM MENINGKATKAN MINAT BELAJAR SISWA PADA PEMBELAJARAN DARING KELAS XI DI SMA NEGERI 4 MALANG

Abstract

This research is entitled the efforts of PAI teachers in increasing student interest in
learning in online learning in 11th grade at SMA Negeri 4 Malang. The focus of the
research used included: how Islamic religion teachers' planning in increasing student
interest in online learning, implementation of Islamic religion teachers in increasing
student interest in learning and the results of teachers' efforts. This study used a
qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The subjects of this study are Islamic
religion teacher for 11th grade students and deputy principle of curriculum. Data
collection came from 1) Observation 2) Interview and 3) Documentation. The results
of this study indicate that the planning of PAI teachers in increasing student interest
in learning is as follows: 1) Teachers prepare learning implementation plans 2)
Implementing teacher duties as the main source, as mentors and utilizing teacher
competencies. 3) The results obtained from the efforts of Islamic religion teachers in
increasing student interest in online learning are that students feel happy with the
teacher's explanation, students feel happy with the learning atmosphere provided by
the teacher and students feel interested in various learning media.
