STRATEGI GURU DALAM MENINGKATKAN EMOTIONAL QUOTIENT (EQ) DALAM PEMBELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM PADA PEMBELAJARAN DARING DI SMP WAHID HASYIM MALANG
Abstract
Emotional intelligence is self-knowledge, self-awareness, social availability, empathy and ability communicate well with others. Therefore, teacher strategy is needed improve emotional intelligence students at Wahid Hasyim Junior High School Malang. Meanwhile, the purpose study is describe planning of Emotional Quotient, the teacher's strategy in increasing Emotional Quotient, describe results of Emotional Quotient of Islamic Religious Education Learning. In this study, researcher used qualitative approach with type of case study research. The aim researcher is conduct in-depth research through data collection procedures carried out using methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data is presented descriptive form. Checking validity data in this study used three criteria, namely: additional observations, triangulation, and peer discussion. Based results the study, strategy used by Islamic religious education teachers was a student activity learning strategy, cooperative, and affective. results of Emotional Quotient in learning Islamic religious education are more able to control themselves, respect each other, have a high sense of empathy and can motivate themselves. In this case, there are supporting factors, namely, the teachers who teach are in accordance with the educational background. both parents who are active in supporting children's activities, environment plays an active role in realizing good emotional intelligence.
