Abstract


Abstract

Fruit juice can be a substitute for vitamin source health drinks. The contribution of health drinks made from fruit-based ingredients is also experiencing strong competition from its production. The pirpose of this study was to describe the consumtion preferences od agriseta juice. The research was conducted in Malang City, East Java. Determination of the sample using random sampling technique (random). Data analysis used descriptive in the form of qualitative and percentage analysis. The result showed that most consumers had consumed agriseta juice with a wornas taste of 29%, the frequency in one week mostly consumed agriseta juice.
