Rice is one of the important commodities for the people of Indonesia because the staple food source of the Indonesian people is rice which comes from rice plants. Rice has a high strategic value so that the government needs to provide serious handling as an effort to increase rice productivity. This is closely related to the ability of farmers as the main producers in allocating production factors efficiently to increase rice productivity so that they are able to reach the maximum potential point in their farming activities. This study aims to determine the total costs, revenues, profits and factors that influence economic efficiency using the Cobb Douglas profit approach of rice farming in Sumberagung Village, Gondang District, Nganjuk Regency. Sampling using the simple random sampling method with 60 respondents. The approach method used in this study is a descriptive and quantitative approach with data analysis using the R / C Ratio and the Cobb-Douglas UOP (Unit Output Price) Profit Function analysis. The results of the analysis show that the average profit of rice farmers in Sumberagung Village, Gondang District, Nganjuk Regency is IDR 22,831,810/Ha/MT with an R/C ratio of 3.12. From the t-test results, eight variables were obtained that had a significant effect on the profit of rice farming in Sumberagung Village, namely land area, equipment costs, seed prices, urea prices, phonska prices, organic fertilizer prices, ZA prices, drug prices and labor wages.
