FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PRODUKSI TEBU DI KECAMATAN WAGIR

Abstract

Wagir District is one of the districts that has the potential for developing sugar cane farming. In carrying out farming activities, production factors have an important role in increasing sugar cane production. The aim of this research is to determine the factors that influence sugar cane production in Wagir District. Sampling used a non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The data analysis used is the Cobb - Douglas production function. The results of the research show that the production factors that have a positive influence on the profits of sugar cane farming in Wagir District, Malang Regency are the ZA Fertilizer variable (X1) Land area (X3), Seedlings (X5), while the Phonska Fertilizer variable (X2) and the labor variable ( X4) has a negative effect on sugarcane farming production. The Adjusted RSquare value of 0.925 or 92.5% indicates that the variables ZA fertilizer, phonska fertilizer, land area, labor and sugar cane seeds can influence sugar cane farming production, while 7.5% is explained by other factors not explained in this research. The Cobb – Douglas production function is obtained LnY = 1.225 + 0.415LnX1 + 0.148LnX2 + 0.108LnX3 – 0.026LnX4 + 0.750LnX5 + e.
