ANALISIS USAHA PETERNAKAN AYAM BROILER POLA KEMITRAAN: STUDI KASUS PETERNAKAN SMK NEGERI 3 SIDRAP

Abstract

ABSTRACT

The aim of research is to analyze broiler chicken farms carried out at SMK Negeri 3 Sidrap in partnership with PT. Bintang Sejahtera Bersama. This research is a descriptive study that analyzes the state of the business based on the data obtained by using economic formulas. The results obtained showed that the broiler chicken farming partnership pattern conducted at SMK Negeri 3 had a total cost of Rp. 91,532,760 for each production period with a business scale of 3,000 or equivalent to Rp. 30,511 / head per production period. The amount of receipt obtained is Rp. 98,235,000 / production period or Rp. 32,745 / head, so the profit obtained is Rp. 6,702,240 or Rp. 2,234 / head / maintenance period. R / C analysis shows that the business is feasible because the value of R / C = 1.07. BEP analysis also shows the results that this business experiences profits because of the selling price and the amount of production greater than the BEP value of Rp. 31,028 while BEP products are 2,750, so it can be concluded that this business can be implemented and developed in the future. Based on the results of this study, it is suggested that partnerships need to be developed further in a wider scope, from production activities to the market so that sustainability.
