IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM ZERO WASTE DI SD ISLAM BANI HASYIM SINGOSARI

Abstract

To support the Adiwiyata program, all school members can play a role in controlling the rate of waste growth through the Zero Waste program. This study aims to describe the implementation as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors of the zero waste program implemented at SD Islam Bani Hasyim Singosari. This research uses qualitative methods with descriptive types, namely interviews, observation and documentation study. The data analysis used descriptive analysis of the interactive model with triangulation of data and sources. The results of the implementation of the zero waste program at SD Islam Bani Hasyim Singosari were carried out in three stages, namely the planning, implementation and evaluation stages. The implementation phase is carried out with policies including outreach, a no-plastic waste program, dumping bins, bringing your own supplies and recycling activities. The support program for implementing zero waste at SD Islam Bani Hasyim Singosari is the active role of students, supporting teachers and parents and guardians of students for the zero waste program. While the inhibiting factor is the program that does not have a clear concept where the policy is too general and the program implementation takes a long time to be implemented by all school members.
