PEMBENTUKAN KARAKTER DISIPLIN SISWA MELALUI KEGIATAN EKSTRAKURIKULER PRAMUKA DI MIN 1 KOTA MALANG

Abstract

As an extracurricular activity, scouting is believed to help pupils cultivate their interests, skills, and attitudes in the scouting field, which in turn helps them become more self-reliant, disciplined, and responsible individuals with admirable character traits. The purpose of this research is to identify the steps involved in developing students' character through scout extracurricular activities at MIN 1 Malang City, how those steps are put into action, and how the end result is evaluated in terms of students' character development. This study employs a qualitative descriptive methodology and a qualitative strategy. Interviews, document review, observation, and triangulation were the four methods employed to gather data. Since the children are always engaged and enthusiastic throughout training, it's clear that the scout extracurricular activities at MIN 1 Malang City are a success. This is backed up by the study findings, which show that scout extracurricular events are well-organized and students are very enthusiastic about them. Additionally, the research shows that MIN students' disciplinary attitudes are developing well. 1 From what the researchers have seen, much of Malang City is great.
