STRATEGI GURU DALAM MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA KELAS VI MI AL MA’ARIF 07 SINGOSARI MALANG
Abstract
This study discusses the teacher's strategy in increasing student learning motivation at MI Al Ma'arif 07 Singosari Malang which has its own strategies and ways to instill and foster greater enthusiasm for students in increasing student learning motivation. This school will be the basis of research because this school may have a learning strategy that is unique and different from other schools so that students have high learning motivation. Based on the phenomenon that eventually became the main focus of this research, the researcher decided to use a descriptive qualitative approach with a focus on grade VI students of MI Al Ma'arif 07 Singosari Malang. This research will not only have an impact on daily learning strategies, but also on students' overall learning satisfaction. Moreover, by exploring teacher strategies in the context of MI Al Ma'arif 07 Singosari Malang, this research offers relevant insights for similar schools in the area or even in a wider scope.
