PENGEMBANGAN VIDEO PEMBELAJARAN UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA KELAS V DI MI TAHFIDZ AL-ASYHAR KOTA MALANG

Abstract


This development research is the background of the problems that exist at MI Tahfidz Al-Asyhar. Based on observation findings, the problem is the lack of use of video media. The objectives that serve as guidelines in this development research are: (1) Developing products in the form of animated video media for single and mixed substance material for fifth grade students. (2) Knowing the feasibility of animated video learning media using validation tests conducted by material experts, media experts, and student responses. (3) Knowing the effectiveness of animated videos to increase learning motivation. The development model used is the ADDIE model which consists of 5 stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The experimental subjects in this development research were fifth grade students of MI Tahfidz Al-Asyhar. The results of the validation test for the assessment of the media expert validator got a score of 91.6% and the assessment of the material expert validator got a score of 92.5%. The percentage of scores obtained based on student response questionnaires in trial I scored 82.5% and the percentage scores obtained based on student response questionnaires in trial II scored 88.8%. The results of the study show that animated video media is feasible and effective to use to increase learning motivation.
