PERAN GURU DALAM MEMBENTUK KARAKTER DISIPLIN SISWA KELAS 3E DI MADRASAH IBTIDAIYAH NEGERI 1 KOTA MALANG

Abstract


This research was conducted to determine how the role of teachers in shaping the disciplinary character of grade 3E students in MIN 1 Malang City. The presence of researchers in this study is as a key instrument or main instrument. Research is conducted by observation, interviews, and documentation. Researchers used interview instruments that were compiled to get interviews in this study. researchers have formulated problems that are the main focus of research, namely about how the character of grade 3E students in MIN 1 Malang City, the role of teachers in shaping the disciplinary character of class students, as well as supporting and inhibiting factors of teacher roles in shaping the disciplinary character of grade 3E students in MIN 1 Malang City. The role of teachers in MIN 1 Malang City in addition to being parents of educators, as well as parents in schools, who must foster student discipline. Teachers are expected to be able to educate and instill positive values for their students. The teacher is an example to the students. So that to realize the character of discipline in students, the role of the teacher is needed in the learning process and outside learning.
